A young man of 23 years come to our office with his mother and sister.
Since Tuesday night until last evening the young man was thinking he
will not survive from the police.
The boy is studying in France and came home to vote.
He says that at the manifestation was more a witness then a participant.
The young man says that he was fallowed because he helped some Swedish
journalist with some translations. After that the police were very
interested to know the link between him and the Swedes.





The police got me on Tuesday evening, after I've meet some
Swedish journalists at an restaurant. I was seeing them fallowing me.
The agents were dressed as civil in black. I ate with the Swedish journalists.
They left to their hotel.
The agents came back and attacked me, they were 12-15 people.
They were beating me with clubs and feet.
They were very brutal and wild.
They put me on the ground and started to hit my head, my back and my hands.
They were walking over me with their feet.
I was thinking that I will not get out alive after this
accident actually it was torture.
Then they taken me to the police station.
I didn't know were they took me.
I wasn't thinking that I will survive this.
I asked for a lawyer.
They put me on the ground
and started to beat me
"you want a lawyer??!!"
And then they beat me more on the back, on my legs
when I was saying my demands.
Under that cell room there was another investigation room with other suspected people.
And there they started to beat us again
the agents had masks over their faces
and I didn't know who they were.
I was asking "who are you?"
But the most important thing to say is that
they wanted to hit me harder
but I was speaking with them in English
and this made them more cautious
and they would hitting me less
but they could have let me dead
In the center police station on center sector on the Bulgar Street from Chisinau

After they got me they took me to a prison cell with 15-20 people.
Everybody was beaten.
The others were beaten worse then me because I was speaking in
English with them.
Because they were thinking I was a foreign citizen.
And because of the Swedish journalists
I had to tell them I was French citizen.
I was saying, you are hitting a French citizen and that
made them be more prudent.
They open a penal file.
They made me sign it.
I said that I don't sign without a lawyer.
They torture me again.
They beat me again.
I had to sign.
My hand was run over by some individuals with their feet and with their boots,
then it was hit with a club.
They were laughing as they were walking over my hand.

The relatives of the young man want to receive justice
and find those who have beaten their son.
When she came to the police station to find out about her son
the mother was send to the morgue.

I couldn't sleep all night and the next day I came to the police station
Tell me about the ones that were taken last night.

23. I want to know where is him, I hope he is not shot.

Un tânăr de 23 de ani, s-a prezentat astăzi la noi la redacţie,
împreună cu mama şi sora sa. Din noaptea zilei de marţi şi până aseară,
tânărul a crezut că nu mai scapă cu viaţă din mâinile poliţiştilor.
Băiatul îşi face studiile în Franţa şi a venit acasă să voteze.
El spune că la manifestaţia de marţi a fost mai mult martor decât
participant. Tânărul susţine că a fost urmărit pentru faptul că ajuta
la traducere unui grup de jurnalişti suedezi. Ulterior, poliţiştii au
fost foarte interesaţi să afle ce legătură are băiatul cu suedezii.


Politistii m-au retinut marti seara, in momentul dupa ce am
avut o intrevedere cu receptie de la restaurant cu jurnalistii suedezi
eram la masa si m-au urmarit... ii vedeam in spate ca ma urmaresc
careva agenti. Si acesti agenti erau imbracati in civil si imbracati in
negru si
am mancat impreuna cu acesti jurnalisti suedezi
eu am mers impreuna cu ei
ei au plecat...

au venit inapoi

m-au atacat erau intr-un grup intr-un minibuz

cu picioarele ma calcau
credeam ca n-o sa mai raman viu dupa
aceste accident
n-as spune accident mai degraba tortura
si dupa aia m-au dus la comisariat
nu stiam in care parte m-au dus credeam
ca deja n-o sa mai raman viu
si la comisariat m-au intrebat unde

mai batuti ca mine pentru ca eu

in momentul in care m-au arestat
si credeau ca sunt cetatean strain
ca erau suedezi
si le-am spus in engleza
cine sunteti dumneavoastra
si am fost nevoit sa spun ca am cetatenie franceza
loviti intr-un cetatean francez si asta i-a facut sa se retina

dosar penal mi-a deschis

si m-au obligat sa semnez
procesul vorbal pentru dosarul penal
nu semnez nici un act fara avocat
iarasi...
iarasi torturat
iarasi batut

si am fost nevoit sa semnez
mana a fost calcata chiar de cativa indivizi
cu bocancii si cu lovituri
lovita chiar cu bata
si chiar radeau in momentul cand mi-o calcau


rudele tanarului sunt decise sa obtina
dreptate si sa-i pedepseasca
pe cei care le-au maltratat
in asemenea hal baiatul
cand s-a prezentat la comisariat sa afle de ce
i-a fost retinut fiul
mama baiatului a fost trimisa dupa el
la morga
clar ca mi-am putut reveni
noaptea nu am dormit aproape deloc
si am venit a doua zi la consemnatul politiei
spuneti-mi va rog unde e sa aflu cei inchisi de seara

am spus ca 23 de ani dar oricum vreau sa stiu unde se afla
sa nu fie undeva impuscat
