User Agreement — SlopeGo

By downloading or using SlopeGo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service
   SlopeGo provides resort cards, event listings, difficulty and safety notes, a simple enrollment form, and a personal ski journal. Content is for reference and enjoyment. It is not a substitute for official resort rules, weather services, or on-mountain safety instruction.

2. Your responsibilities

Ski and travel at your own risk. Check local conditions, lift status, and posted warnings before you go.
Do not post or store illegal, abusive, or infringing content in notes.
Use report and block tools in good faith.
You are responsible for the accuracy of enrollment details you enter.
3. Content
Resort stories, event copy, photos, and difficulty ratings are provided as-is and may be incomplete or change without notice. Third-party images remain the property of their owners.

1. Enrollment
   “Enter bib” is a local reservation record inside the App. It does not guarantee a place at a real-world event unless a separate official organizer confirms it.

2. Disclaimer
   The App is provided “as is.” We are not liable for injury, loss, missed events, or decisions made from information shown in SlopeGo, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Termination
   You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the App or specific features.
