Canvas Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Welcome to Ink Canvas (the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the operator of the App. Please read it carefully before registering, signing in, or using the App. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, do not use the App.

By using the App (including browsing, signing in, posting, commenting, or sharing), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

1. Description of the Service
   The App provides painting learning tools, study plans, community artwork sharing, and related features. The App includes user-generated content (UGC), such as artwork posts, captions, and comments.

We may update, change, or suspend features from time to time and may notify you in-app or by updating these terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts
   2.1 You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you meet the minimum age required by applicable law and have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
   2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under your account.
   2.3 You must not impersonate others or share, sell, or transfer your account.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy (Important)
   The App has a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

You must not post, share, store, or otherwise make available any content or engage in any conduct that involves, without limitation:

Pornography, sexually explicit material, child sexual exploitation, or any inappropriate content involving minors;
Violence, gore, terrorism, or extremist content;
Hate speech, discrimination, bullying, harassment, threats, or insults;
Fraud, phishing, malware, or illegal transactions;
Content that infringes privacy, reputation, or intellectual property rights;
Any other unlawful, harmful, objectionable, or abusive user-generated content.
If you violate this policy, we may immediately remove the content, restrict features, suspend or permanently disable/delete your account, and cooperate with law enforcement as required. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on this App.

1. User-Generated Content
   4.1 You are solely responsible for content you submit and warrant that it is lawful, non-infringing, and free of objectionable or abusive material.
   4.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to host, display, store, back up, and operate the App with your content (this does not transfer ownership of your content).
   4.3 We may (but are not obligated to) review, filter, hide, or delete any content.

2. Reporting and Blocking
   To help keep the community safe, the App provides:

5.1 Report / Flag: Users may flag objectionable artworks, comments, or other content. Flagged content may be removed from view immediately and reviewed.
5.2 Block User: Users may block abusive accounts. Posts and comments from blocked users will no longer appear to you and may trigger further enforcement.
5.3 Filtering: We may use keyword or other technical filters to prevent clearly objectionable content from being published.

1. Prohibited Conduct
   You must not:

Interfere with or disrupt the App or its security;
Scrape data or access systems without authorization;
Use the App for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
Circumvent reporting, blocking, filtering, or moderation systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The App’s UI, trademarks, code, lesson materials, and related assets are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission. You retain rights to your original works, subject to this Agreement.

1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is.” We are not liable for disputes or damages arising from user content, or for interruptions caused by networks, devices, or force majeure. We work to keep the community safe but do not guarantee that all violations will be detected in advance.

2. Changes and Termination
   We may update this Agreement. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes. You may stop using the App and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security, or operational reasons.

Confirmation: This App has zero tolerance for objectionable user-generated content and abusive users; users can report content and block abusive users; we may remove content and disable accounts that violate these Terms.
